Service Description

FareNorth is a flight deal discovery platform for Canadian travellers. We scan fares from major Canadian airports and surface deals that are significantly below historical averages. FareNorth is an informational service only — we do not sell airline tickets, process bookings, or act as a travel agent. All bookings are made directly with airlines or third-party booking platforms.

User Accounts

You may create an account to access certain features of FareNorth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Deal Accuracy

Flight prices are dynamic and can change at any time without notice. While we make every effort to present accurate and current pricing, FareNorth does not guarantee that any deal or fare displayed on our platform will be available at the time you attempt to book. Deal scores are based on historical data and are provided for informational purposes only.

Email Communications

By subscribing to FareNorth deal alerts, you consent to receive emails containing flight deals and service updates. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email. We will not sell or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

Intellectual Property

All content on FareNorth, including text, graphics, logos, deal analyses, and software, is the property of FareNorth or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from FareNorth
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services
• Redistribute our deal alerts or content for commercial purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or user accounts

Limitation of Liability

FareNorth is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FareNorth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to missed deals, inaccurate pricing information, or losses incurred through third-party booking platforms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to FareNorth at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FareNorth after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province in which FareNorth operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
